Frequently asked questions
Do I need an international driving licence?
You need a driving licence that is valid for the scooter you rent, and you must carry it while riding. If your licence is not in Indonesian, an International Driving Permit is strongly recommended. We check your licence at handover.
How do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you submit the booking request. Payment is arranged with our local team, normally in cash or by bank transfer, when you receive the scooter.
Is a deposit required?
Any refundable deposit is shown on your booking summary before you submit the request. It is kept separate from the rental price and returned to you after the scooter comes back in good condition.
Can you deliver the scooter to my accommodation?
Yes, if your area is one of our delivery zones. Choose delivery during booking; if your guesthouse is not listed, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether we can reach you.
What happens after I submit a booking request?
Your request appears immediately in our dashboard. Our team checks availability and confirms with you on WhatsApp. Your booking is only confirmed after we approve it and assign your scooter.
